Westminster Child Center

Interwoven growth partnership

Build the foundation for the next chapter.

A coordinated growth plan for Westminster Child Center, the second floor, and the outdoor venue.

01 / Executive summary

The proposed partnership

One partnership. Three aligned growth paths.

The immediate priority is to grow Westminster Child Center enrollment to 50 children. At the same time, we can build the foundation to make the second floor and outdoor area more useful, visible, and ready for future revenue.

02 / Westminster Child Center

The immediate goal

Grow enrollment to 50 children.

Westminster already has the trust signal. The work is to move that proof into the places parents use to find and compare local schools.

03 / The enrollment path

Where momentum is won or lost

The enrollment system

Interest only matters if it can become a tour.

Search:

Parents begin with Google and Maps. Visibility, reviews, and accurate listings decide whether Westminster enters the conversation.

04 / The second floor

A marketable rental resource

Make each available room easier to understand and rent.

The second floor can serve as a stable office base and a flexible rental resource. The first job is to define each room, position it clearly, and build the web and inquiry path that supports rentals.

05 / The outdoor venue
Westminster Child Center exterior

An existing place can become a well-presented resource for approved gatherings, events, and rentals.

A future event resource

Prepare the outdoor area to serve community and revenue goals.

The work is to clarify the use of the space, how it is presented to potential clients, and the systems needed to support inquiries and bookings when Interwoven is ready.

When approved bookings begin: I will serve as event director and on-site producer. A 15% coordination fee is added as a separate event-services charge and does not reduce Interwoven rental revenue.

06 / The infrastructure

What gets built once

A plan, websites, inquiry paths, and AI-supported operating systems.

The foundation is shared across all three areas, then tailored to the way each space needs to grow.

07 / The scope

Included in the initial work

Build the foundation

  • Planning and positioning for all three areas
  • Initial websites and inquiry paths
  • AI-supported response infrastructure
  • Child Center marketing, communication, inquiry support, and reporting as defined in its program

Separate as ongoing needs arise

Keep the system running

  • Website hosting and AI usage
  • Workspace and venue marketing after the initial launch
  • Video, photography, and campaign work for those spaces
  • Available from me at a discounted rate when needed
08 / The exchange

Office-use arrangement

A working base for the partnership.

In exchange for the Westminster Child Center program, I will receive dedicated use of the agreed second-floor office and flexible workspace.

Initial term: six months, then month-to-month

Typical operating hours: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Access: general after-hours access as needed, subject to reasonable building security procedures and scheduled church activity

The office arrangement gives the work a home inside the place it is helping grow.

09 / The proposed decision

Authorize the first phase

Approve the partnership and begin the work.

This creates a foundation for growth. It does not guarantee enrollment, rentals, bookings, or revenue. Property decisions remain with Interwoven.

  • Begin the Child Center enrollment program toward 50 children and the office-use exchange
  • Authorize planning and initial website, inquiry, and AI infrastructure for the second-floor rooms and outdoor venue
  • Establish my role as event director and on-site producer when approved third-party bookings begin
